Providing outstanding customer service is our number one priority. Watt Communities has been perfecting their ability to respond to homebuyer needs in an expeditious nature for over 70 years.

After purchasing a new Watt Communities residence, homebuyers will receive their Homeowner Manual. This comprehensive reference guide includes maintenance tips, warranty coverage and procedures for obtaining customer service assistance.
