Watt Communities supports our relationship with dedicated realtors like you. We offer not only our appreciation, but also a partnership to assist you in introducing your homebuyers to our homes for sale in the California, Arizona, and East Coast communities. Our policy for Broker Co-Operation requires you to accompany and register your clients during their first visit to any of our sales offices and let our trained sales professionals do all of the work. They will guide you and your clients through the home buying experience and complete all of the necessary paperwork to purchase a new Watt home. All of our new home communities offer a generous commission/referral at close of escrow. Watt Communities will pay a Real Estate Sales Commission (at agreed percentage per the executed Broker Cooperation form and Purchase and Sales Agreement) which will be calculated net purchase price* to the Broker stated above. (*Net Purchase Price is the Contract Sales Price less any options/upgrades.) The commissions will be paid only at the successful close of Escrow for the above stated buyer. Realtor/Broker must be licensed in good standing with the Department of Real Estate of the State of California/Arizona at the close of Escrow. Be sure to register with us to receive important updates regarding standing inventory, special pricing, special events, and more. Please note that by registering here you are only signing up to receive information and you will still need to bring your client into one of our sales offices on their very first visit to be eligible for a commission.
“GOOD NEIGHBOR REFERRAL PROGRAM”
When you refer a friend or family member to any Watt Communities new home neighborhood, you will be eligible to receive your referral reward of $3,000 when they close escrow on a Watt Communities new home. “Good Neighbor Referral Program” is offered solely for the introduction of prospective purchasers to a Watt new home neighborhood. No further involvement by the referring party is required. Watt Communities reserves the right to amend or terminate this program at any time, without prior notice. Brokers are not eligible for this program.
“WATT COMMUNITIES POLICY ON PRE-QULIFICATION”
Thank you for considering our preferred lender for your home financing. Watt Communities’ policy requires our homebuyers to complete an application to qualify for a loan with a Watt Communities preferred lender to initiate the purchasing process. It is the buyer’s choice to continue with a Watt Communities preferred lender or use of a lender of buyer’s selection also known as an “outside lender” for financing. All terms of the purchase and sale agreement are applicable to both Watt Communities preferred lenders and “outside lenders”.
