Good Neighbor Referral Program

When you refer a friend and they purchase a new Watt Communities home*, you get $5,000 for a sale in Southern California or $3,000 for a sale in Northen California. Just follow these three easy steps:

  1. Tell your friends and family about a new Watt Communities home.
  2. Have your family or friends mention you referred them when they first visit.
  3. When escrow closes, we’ll send you either $5,000 of $3,000 depending on the location of the sale.
